ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has reported a positive condition of the overall manufacturing activity in Texas. The general business conditions index slipped to 16.1 % in June from 23.9 % in May 2006, while the production index increased to 38.1 %. State's growth rate of orders index also surged to 25.4 %.
