ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Illinois Finance Authority has planned to accept submissions from firms interested in serving as senior advisers for individual sectors in Illinois. The financial advisers are being sought to coordinate and oversee activities of market-specific financial advisers. The state agency is also seeking a general counsel as well as other legal representation in the areas of venture capital and financing transactions.
