ABSTRACT
The article reports on the updates related to the acquisition of the Passmark Security by the RSA Security Inc. in the U.S. It was predicted that the acquisition will result to the maturity of the two-factor authentication, and that vendors will have a complete and cross-channel solutions for authentication and risk management of securities. It was predicted however, by the vice president of research in Gartner Avivah Litan that with the acquisition, the fire sales price of securities are over.
