ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the separation of once consolidated GUS PLC and Experian from its parent organization. The spin-off will put an end to GUS' year-long efforts to dismantle its conglomerate holdings. Experian, on the other hand, will be emerging as a public firm with shares expected to trade on the London Stock Exchange.
