ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of the Universal Music Group (UMG) to venture into the television production with Globe Productions, its new division in London, England. Globe reveals that they intend to make reality-style entertainment shows and fare that will feature high-profile performers of UMG. Lucian Grainge, the chairman-CEO of UMG International, added that its goal is to present music on television in a unique manner that will be successful worldwide.
