ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the transfer of David Gale of MTV Films to MTV Networks as its new executive vice-president (VP) for new media and specialty film content, in the U.S. As the new VP, Gale reveals some of his plan for the great expansion of all division of his current firm, especially in the technology and new media sector. According to Van Toffler, president of MTV Networks Music/Logo/Films Group, the change of job is the decision made by Gale himself.
