ABSTRACT
The article reports on the partnership between "Friends" and "Saturday Night Live" writer Robert Carlock with Tina Fey as part of a long-term deal with NBC Universal Television Studio. The deal calls for Carlock to co-produce "30 Rock," the fall comedy starring Fey. Carlock will also develop original projects for NUTS as part of the seven-figure deal.
