ABSTRACT
The article reports on the cutback in episodes for the next season of "The OC" on Fox. A spokesman for Fox said the reduction is attributed to the network's scheduling needs. The network could be hoping to use the program's 9:00 P.M. Thursday slot to introduce a show in the spring of 2006. "The OC" will not have its season premiere until November 2, 2006.
