ABSTRACT
The article presents information on Integra Group, an oil services firm in Russia that was established through a joint venture between businessmen John Fitzgibbons and Felix Lubashevsky. The revenue of Integra in 2005 and the number of acquisitions made by the company are cited. Fitzgibbons has a degree in government studies from Harvard University while Lubashevsky has a degree in cybernetic economics from Moscow State University. The changes made by Integra to Burovaya Kompaniya Sever after its acquisition are discussed.
