ABSTRACT
The article reports that Lanxess AG will start operations at three chemical plants in China in 2006. The company announced the start-up of its US$25.6 million facilities in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. The plants will produce the antioxidant Vulkanox, a material used to protect rubber compounds from material fatigue and hydrazine hydrate, an intermediate agent for chemicals.
