The article reports on the inauguration of the Surface and Interface Solutions Center (SISC) by Dow Coming at its Seneffe business and technical facility in Belgium. Dow Coming has taken the step to tailor its innovation effort around the needs of those who use its products. By working with specific customers on specific projects, and even inviting them to work with it in SISC, Dow Coming can reduce the research and development risk and share the commercial benefit from the advances made.
