ABSTRACT
The article reports on the improvement of copper and alloy shipments in the first quarter of 2006 in the U.S. The shipments of copper has increased to 18.7 percent and alloy to 8.8 percent compared in the first quarter of 2005. The improvement of shipments of these two metal products indicate a 10.4 percent gain over March 2005.
