ABSTRACT
The article reports on the voluntary petition of PTC Alliance Corp. on May 10 in the U.S. PTC Alliance Corp. has filed a petition under a pre-packaged plan of reorganization to implement a restructuring of debts. The petition of the company intended for the reduction of the long-term debt of the company. The reduction of the long-term debt can help in obtaining competitive, profitable and growth-oriented company.
