ABSTRACT
The article presents a study on the urban development of the Sama Dilaut ethnic group in Iligan, Philippines. The author discusses the group's health, education and economic condition in the coastal city of Iligan, as well as their development efforts being made to address some concerns. Sama Dilaut is one of the most widely distributed cultural groups indigenous to Island Southeast Asia.
