The article reports the designation of Troy Willis as lead portfolio manager on new Michigan municipal mutual fund and Scott Cottier as manager of new Ohio fund at OppenheimerFunds Inc. Based on Securities and Exchange Commission filings, the two funds are part of new planned state-specific municipal bond funds that the firm intends to launch to expand its presence into the Midwest. Willis has been a portfolio manager at the firm since June 2003, while Cottier has also been with the company since September 2002.
