Moonves' movie plan draws Street traffic

Its stocks in the market rose by 4 percent in the two-and-a-half period after it had made the announcement. Stock price closed at $26.50, which is close to all-time high since it started trading in January 2006. Under its new plan, CBS would pay traditional output deal fees to a production entity in exchange for profit participation.
