ABSTRACT
The article focuses on VitaminSchool, a national grass-roots program of the Glacéau company designed to get students thinking about what they put into their bodies. The program aimed to equip high school children with knowledge to make healthful decisions about their own consumption behavior. VitaminSchool featured a competition among young students to create inventive, nutritious and tasty recipes for meals that might be served in their school cafeterias at lunchtime.
