ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the development surrounding the League of Nations. In the middle part of October 1935, it has become the league's duty to oppose Italy. With the collective effort of the league's member nations, they have rapidly voted to lay an arms embargo on Italy. They have also voted in prohibiting all loans other than day-to-day commercial credits.
