Choosing a Licensing Lawyer

The article presents tips for selecting a licensing lawyer in the U.S. The licensing lawyer should have knowledge in contracts, copyright, trademark, tax and rights or privacy. Companies can ask regular attorneys if they know other lawyers who are expert in merchandise licensing. Companies can also ask recommendations from another licensee or licensor.
