ABSTRACT
The article discusses the status of the licensed doll industry in the U.S. Mattel Inc., MGA Entertainment and Disney Consumer Products remain to be the major forces in the industry, with Barbie, Bratz and Disney Princess as their main licensed products, respectively. The competition between the three companies remain to be strong, with each company targeting the same demographic market.
