ABSTRACT
The article reports that Fitch Ratings has downgraded its ratings on the outstanding revenue refunding bonds of Valley View Hospital Authority in Oklahoma which was issued on behalf of Valley View Regional Hospital (VVRH) in Ada. According to the article, the negative rating of the bond is due to Fitch's concern with the prolonged delay of VVRH in providing audited financial statements. Furthermore, the deteriorating profitability and balance sheet of VVRH contributed to the negative rating.
