The article analyzes whether talent agency International Creative Management Inc. (ICM) has been successful in its restructuring in the U.S. With the company being recapitalized with $100 million, industry observers are asking on whether there were changes in ICM. The decision of Chris Andrews to resign from ICM are creating debate on the strength of ICM. Furthermore, CEO Jeff Berg has used some of the money to cash out veterans like Marvin Josephson and Sam Cohn.
