Forbes Asia;6/5/2006, Vol. 2 Issue 10, p28
The article focuses on a near-perfect mirroring inside optical fibers that could be helpful in industrial manufacturing, laser surgery and other areas developed by OmniGuide. The fibers could be used by automakers in precise cutting and welding. Surgeons at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas used the OmniGuide fibers to remove the tumor from the larynx of a patient.
