ABSTRACT

Xerox has been in and out of restructuring since 2000 and most of its merger and acquisition transactions have been related to restructuring. According to Xerox Chairman and CEO Ann Mulcahy, the company is identifying successful business partners that share its commitment to innovation and document management offerings that help people work faster and better.
