This article presents ways to address the challenges of purchasing, storing and preparing tropical fruit drinks. A huge variety of tropical juices and blends are available in ready-to-drink-form--in bottles and cans as well as concentrates and other bulk forms for use in dispensers and bar guns. One way to gain a competitive edge here is to use juices as a starting point, then doctor them up to concoct own signatures.
