ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the aspects of Spanish cuisine. Many distinctive ingredients characterize the cuisine such as the serrano ham, cheeses from Spain, Spanish olives and sherry vinegar. The article also provides information on the inception of a new line of Spanish-inspired soups from Stockpot.
