ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago in Illinois to follow up its April 2006 refunding with a new-money sale for $350 million. The deal is divided into two tranches, one for $250 million of limited-tax general obligation (GO) bonds and the second for $100 million of unlimited-tax GO. Both are structured as fixed-rate bonds with serial and term maturities between 2007 and 2035.
