PT Kalbe Farma TbK, an Indonesian publicly traded pharmaceuticals company, has said it is expanding research and development of biopharmaceuticals in its new subsidiary company Innosense Kalbiotech in Singapore. More than three-quarters of new research and development sites will be constructed in the next three years in China and India. Reliance Industries in India has signed a deal with software services provider Aspen Technology to implement the aspenONE real-time optimization solution at its Jamnagar refinery.
