ABSTRACT
The article presents world news briefs. Grande Paroisse was indicted for homicide and unintentional wounding by Toulouse investigating magistrates Thierry Perriquet and Didider Suc after their investigation into the explosion at a site in Toulouse, France. The American Chemistry Council and Chlorine Institute urged U.S. transportation officials to use sound science and risk or benefit analysis when considering more regulation of chemical railroad tank car design and operations. Universal Display and Mitsubishi Chemical have entered a partnership for the development of ink-jet printable organic light-emitting diodes.
