ABSTRACT
The article reports that the District Council of the District of Columbia is scheduled in June 20, 2006 to convene a session that will include legislation to raise the city's tax increment financing capital. In this session, the council will consider the "Budget Support Act" for fiscal 2007, the city's authorizing legislation that accompanies the district's appropriations legislation. After the June 20, 2006 session, the last session for the legislation is on July 11, 2006 session.
