ABSTRACT
Th article announces the selling of general obligation bonds in the primary market by issuers in Illinois. The selling of bonds is purposely to finance various projects such as a tunnel and reservoir in Chicago, and to refund old debt. Meanwhile, the summer note season is expected to heat up with deals from short-term investors as money market funds.
