PHFA Selling $125M Single-Family Deal

The article announces the selling of the third single-family mortgage revenue bond in 2006 by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency in Pennsylvania. According to Joseph Knopic, finance director, the agency is positive that the year will be the biggest in revenue bond sale on the basis of the number of people who applied for the loan.
