ABSTRACT
The article discusses the importance of evaluating talent investments to the success of businesses. The creation of a competitive advantage through wise use of information is explained. Leaders are advised to conduct periodic analyses of significant human capital investments. Leaders must also be skillful in tracking the effects of human resource services on production, sales or service.
