ABSTRACT
The article reports on the debts of water companies in Kentucky. The analysis of Standard & Poor's upgraded the sold debts of Louisville and Jefferson County Metro Government Board of Water Works from a grade of AA to AA+. This analytical investigation plays a greater effect on financial and capital planning that is expected to make an excellent liquidity, debt service coverage and reserve funds.
