The article reports that former Morgan Stanley capital markets executive Jon Anda has decided to return after less than two months of joining Joe Perella's new advisory firm. There were suspicions that Anda's departure was due to his reluctance to sign a five-year noncompete agreement. However, a source close to Perella's boutique revealed that there never was a five-year noncompete. Rather, there was a disagreement with regards to stock ownership interests.
