ABSTRACT
The article presents yoga poses for gardeners. Doing yoga poses before, during, and after gardening can reduce back problems. Gardeners tend to squat and bend over a lot, so the poses can warm up the spine and reduce tightness in the hips and lower back. These poses include knee-to-chest pose, revolved abdomen pose, happy baby pose and reclining bound angle pose.
