ABSTRACT
The article reports on the satisfaction of the social-psychological conditions that are necessary for the mental well-being of a teacher. The happiness of a faculty member depends on the fulfillment of requirements such as the feeling of being recognized as a worth-while and useful person in his own right, having the opportunity of self-expression as an individual and being reasonably successful in his own effort. Moreover, recognition of their achievement can lead to improvement in their jobs and others.
