ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the availability of webcasts about action plan for emergencies from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Elizabeth Davis, an emergency management special needs consultant, emphasizes that a written action plan should be carried at all times and should suit most emergencies. Dennis Bourdette of the Oregon Health and Science University hosts a program that explores diet, exercise, acupuncture, and more.
