ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the FoodService Director's fourth annual MenuDirections Conference, held in the U.S. The conference, which themed "The Ingredients for a Profitable Menu," attracted more than 150 food service operators, guests and sponsor representatives. The conference also exposed attendees to innovative approaches in developing menu concepts, meeting the health and wellness needs of customers and ensuring that facilities are designed and properly equipped to handle current and future customer demands.
