ABSTRACT
The article discusses the issue on the possible nominations of the teenager shows and actresses in the Emmy Awards just as they are highly qualified to the fame. As most of the critics have said, the Emmy seem to have an institutional bias against the young performers. These shows tend not to be observed seriously just as the adult shows. According to the critic Gillian Flynn, this phenomenon can be attributed to the manner as to which how the networks market the shows such as in promotions.
