ABSTRACT
The article reports on the winners of the 60th annual Tony Awards which was held in Radio City Music Hall. "Jersey Boys" won four trophies including the best musical award. Its chief rival "The Drowsy Chaperone" took five awards. "The History Boys" was named best play. Leading actor winners are John Lloyd Young of "Jersey Boys," LaChanze of "The Color Purple," Cynthia Nixon of "Rabbit Hole" and Richard Griffiths of "The History Boys."
