ABSTRACT
The article reports that Los Angeles, California-based DIC Entertainment Corp. has purchased the privately owned, pan-Euro licensing agency Copyright Promotions (CPLG). The agreement marks the company's first purchase of an international entity and extends its reach into Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands. No post-transaction revisions are expected to the scope or client list of CPLG.
