ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Producers Guild of America Inc. has appointed Marshall Kerskovitz to succeed Kathleen Kennedy as president after four years as vice president. The organization has also named Mark Gordon and Bruce Cohen as vice presidents and Courtney Cowan as treasurer. Herskovitz is appealing that the organization will be active on several issues including fighting to prevent credit proliferation, pushing for studios and networks to coordinate on new technologies and offering to mediate in upcoming labor negotiations for the Writers Guild of America and Screen Actors Guild.
