ABSTRACT
The article reports that Cendant wants to auction off its travel division, which includes CheapTickets, Galileo and Orbitz, in a deal that could raise more than $4 billion for the company. The company has previously planned to break up the Cendant Travel Distribution Services into four separate publicly listed companies, but this was not well received by the U.S. market.
