ABSTRACT
The article reflects on the problem of corporate governance. The fundamental problem of corporate governance has always been the separation of ownership and control. Others recognize those initiatives recently proposed are inadequate and that corporate governance is broken. Several have proposed changes, but none promises to eliminate the separation of ownership and control.
