The article reports that the U.S. Federal Trade Commission has settled with video game publisher Take Two Interactive over the hidden sexual content of its San Andreas. The commission claimed that Take Two Interactive and its subsidiary Rockstar Games deceived consumers by shipping an early version of San Andreas that has a scene in the video game that depicts oral sex. Take Two Interactive has agreed to let the game be re-rated from mature to adults only and to ship future versions without the sex scene.
