ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the re-immergence of Populism across the political spectrum which has arisen in response to globalization. It is suggested that in countries such as Argentina and Bolivia, Populism tends to take a more leftist slant, while in developed countries, it takes a more right wing form. The influence of the flow of labor and capital on Populist sentiment is discussed.
