Pending Home Sales Slid 3.7% in April

The article reports that pending homes sales in the U.S. declined by 3.7 percent in April 2006, according to the National Association of Realtors' index. This is the third monthly decline for pending home sales. The index dropped from 116.1 in March to 111.8 and is 11.7 percent down compared to the same month of the previous year.
