ABSTRACT
The article highlights the 2006 Showtime fabric fair sponsored by the International Textile Market Association held in High Point, North Carolina. The event has became less attractive to leather upholstery makers than its is to fabric makers due to struggling price competition from offshore as firms purchase leather in Asia. Some suppliers were absent during the event, however major suppliers were selling better quality products.
