ABSTRACT
The article reports on the resignation of La-Z-Boy Inc.'s chairman Pat Norton in Monroe, Michigan. Norton who has been in the company since 1997 was credited with his efforts in transforming the company's brand, improvement in its product offering, and distribution system. He started his career in a St. Louis based department store and in Ethan Allen Inc. He had received several honors and awards including National Brotherhood Award.
